If you want to leave all of the work and stress behind, a trip down Blackwater River is worth the drive. The average depth of the river is two and a half to three feet with some deep eddies. The sparkling, white sands of Blackwater River provide fantastic sparkling, white sandbars that will invite you to sit back, relax, and enjoy a picnic, or just do nothing at all.
